The company Adpulse via the website www.resa.nc provides you with an online accommodation, catering and activities reservation service. Through this service, Resa.nc offers to put you in touch with organizers with a view to purchasing reservations and/or vouchers.
As such, Adpulse only acts as an intermediary and cannot be considered as a seller or paid service provider. The obligations linked to the status of the seller weigh on the person of the partner organizer, who sets the price of its services and ensures after-sales service.
The general conditions of sale applicable to such transactions are those of the partner organizers. These conditions will be communicated to you before any purchase on the Resa.nc online reservation service and are set by each organizer. The company Resa.nc cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance of these general conditions of sale with the legislation in force.
When using the online reservation service, you may be asked to provide the following information to the site www.resa.nc: name, first name, email address, telephone number, physical address and banking information. You agree that this information will be used by the partner organizers with whom you carry out a transaction. Once the order has been confirmed on the dedicated page, you will receive your reservation information by email as well as the procedure to follow in order to benefit from the requested service. Depending on the terms of the conditions of sale of each partner organizer, you may possibly have the possibility of canceling the transaction or exercising a right of withdrawal. The company Adpulse SARL cannot be held responsible in the event of refusal on the part of an organizer to let you use this possibility or this right.
In the event of a dispute between you and one or more partner organizers, the company Adpulse SARL cannot be held responsible for claims, demands, costs or expenses and damages relating in any way to said dispute.
