A stone's throw from the Grandes Fougères park, in the exceptional site of Oasis de Tendéa, in Farino, your bungalow "Le Niaouli" or "The Gaiäc" awaits you for a wonderful moment of relaxation.

In this little paradise, come and enjoy the comfort of your bungalow with a "Balinese" atmosphere, its terrace with breathtaking views of the lush forest of Tendéa, its garden with multiple species, swimming in the river below with its superb waterfall, access to which is private for Oasis guests.
A plancha area and decks overlooking the river will allow you to share a moment of conviviality with family or friends.
Our bungalows are also equipped with a "raclette" cheese machine.
Sheets and towels, hairdryer and toiletries are provided. The bungalows have a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, 2-burner gas hob, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, dishwashing liquid, sponge and tea towels.
For your breakfast, you will find instant coffee, tea (different flavors), chocolate, sugar and powdered milk.
For lunch or dinner, we recommend the friendly table d'hôtes "Les Délices de Mam" (tel 96.63.39 upon reservation) 10 minutes from the gîte by car on the road to Tendéa.
The town of La Foa is 9 km away with its supermarkets and restaurants.
Prices
The price of the night for 2 people is 22,000 F including tax.
For 2 consecutive nights, the night for 2 people is 20,000 F including tax.
For 3 consecutive nights or more, the night for 2 people is 18,000 F including tax.
Additional people (maximum of 4 occupants): 3,000 F including tax / night. (Free for children under 2 years old.)
Holders of a senior card: the night for 2 people is 18,000 F including tax during the week (with arrival from Monday to Thursday) excluding school holidays, public holidays and the day before public holidays.
IMPORTANT
●Unless you have a gift card, the amount of the reservation will be deducted at the end of your stay via the bank imprint (Visa, Mastercard, Jade) recorded with the reservation.
● The maximum capacity of a bungalow is 4 people. Please note that a baby (child under 2 years old) counts as one occupant.
● Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if the number of occupants changes upwards or downwards for room preparation.
● The bungalow has a 160x200 Queen bed and 2 90x200 sofa beds. Unless you specify otherwise, we will prepare the Queen bed for 2 people only.
● For children under 2 years old, you can bring a travel cot or benefit from our travel cot (to be added to your basket when booking at a price of 1,500 F including tax).
● Our bungalows are available for reservation every day of the week, from monday to Sunday. Please strictly respect these times:
- Arrival time on site is only possible from 3 p.m.
- The keys will be available in a secure key box (code) at the entrance to your bungalow
- Departure time from the site is 11 a.m. at the latest. Any departure after 11 a.m. will be charged at a flat rate of 10,000 F including tax.
● The loss of the key is charged at 6 000 F. Do not forget to leave it in the secure key box
● The rooms are non-smoking
● Animals are not allowed
●By validating your reservation, you accept the general conditions of sale and the internal regulations of the gîte attached to your reservation confirmation.
Cancellation fees :
● Cancellation between 7 days and more than 48 hours from the start of the stay: 50% of the reservation amount
● Cancellation less than 48 hours from the start of the stay: 100% of the reservation amount
● No show: 100% of the reservation amount
In the event of late cancellation, it is possible to convert the cancellation fees into a gift card, corresponding to the amount of the initial reservation. The gift card is valid for one year.
